My passion is journeying with others. I am a contemplative, a travel junkie, and a lover of all people and animals. And I am privileged to bring it all to my work!
My life’s work has been living in community as a counselor, teacher, spiritual mentor, and travel specialist. My own journey has been full of highs and lows. I believe everyone has a purpose and that a meaningful life is there for all of us.
I am clinically trained as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor (LPC-S) and a National Board Certified Counselor (NCC). I am also formally trained as a Spiritual Director. My background entails years of experience walking the path with those in the counseling process and spiritual direction. I have extensive expertise working with adults, adolescents, and children in a variety of settings. I am also a speaker and retreat leader in the areas of mental health, mindfulness, rest & self-care, contemplative travel, and spirituality. In addition to navigating the counseling and spiritual direction worlds, sacred travel is pivotal in my life. My family includes my husband of over twenty-five years, two grown & flown boys, and my two jack russell pups. I love spending time with my family and community, traveling the world, and savoring every moment on this beautiful earth.
I am honored to walk this journey with you. May you find sanctuary here.
